Pregnancy & Birth Support 

​The journey through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood is filled with new experiences, excitement, and constant changes, often accompanied by anxieties as you prepare for your long-awaited "Blind date."

My goal is to help you navigate the vast sea of information available and prepare you and your partner/s for birth through a focused, practical, professional and empowering course.

Through our Childbirth classes you'll gain essential tools to manage and embrace labor with confidence. You’ll learn when to go to the hospital, how to cope with each contraction, pain-relieving techniques, ways to induction of labor, balance your body, minimize interventions where possible, and more. We’ll cover conventional hospital practices and natural techniques like massage, pressure points, breathing exercises, positioning, and movement strategies.

Additionally, if you’d like birth support, I can join you as a Doula, guiding you every step of the way to keep your experience as close to your wishes as possible (as long as you and your baby are well). I bring a range of skills, including Massage,Aromatherapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Spinning Babies techniques, Homeopathy, Bach flowers, Pendulum, Guided imagination, Positioning, and more. As a lactation consultant, I’ll also support you in establishing your breastfeeding and offer newborn care guidance in the early postpartum days.

As a Postpartum Doula we can do sessions that includes practical help and guidance in essential early-care issues, from bathing and managing common concerns like colic, reflux, or constipation to soothing techniques, various holding methods, newborn developmental exercises, nutrition, sleep, and more. Whether it's a one-time session or twice a week for a period of your choice.
